All prices on our website exclude VAT, which is applied at the current rate. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you with the correct price before proceeding.

We take payment upon order. If payment fails or is incomplete, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by incorrect payment details.

9. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the product and destination. They are shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

10. Delivery Details

10.2 Additional fees may apply for certain locations.

10.3 We deliver across the UK, including the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and remote parts of Scotland. Extra charges may apply.

10.4 You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and any special instructions. Once goods are delivered as instructed, we are not liable for loss or damage unless caused by our negligence.

10.5 Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers once goods are paid in full and received. Please report any delivery issues within 24 hours.

11. Risk & Ownership

Ownership transfers to you when goods are fully paid for and delivered. Goods are not for resale unless explicitly agreed.

12. Order Confirmation

We will send an email acknowledging receipt of your order, and a further confirmation when your order is dispatched.

13. Cancellation Rights

13.1 If you’re buying as a consumer (not a business), you can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it—excluding custom-made items.

13.2 If goods have been delivered, they must be returned at your cost and in their original condition.

13.3 Refunds will be issued within 30 days, minus any return or recovery costs if applicable.

13.4 You’ll be refunded for return postage if the item is faulty or incorrect.

13.5 Custom machines are usually made to order and non-refundable after 7 days. A restocking fee may apply if return is accepted.

13.6 For Nomadic parts, returns may incur a 15% restocking fee if you ordered the wrong part. To avoid this, we recommend checking with Nomadic Technical Support on 07494497882 before purchasing.

14. Cancellation by Us

We may cancel your order if:

  • Items are out of stock
  • We cannot deliver to your area
  • There was a pricing error

We will inform you by email and issue a full refund.

15. Our Liability

15.1 If you don’t receive your order within 30 days, please notify us within 60 days of ordering.

15.2 Our obligations in such cases include: replacing missing/damaged items or refunding your payment.

15.3 You are responsible for ensuring the goods comply with local laws if importing. We are not liable for import restrictions.

15.4 These terms do not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim for injury or death caused by our negligence.
